Turn Your Made-For-TV Movie Idea into a Script
Dearest Writers,
I hope your fall is off to a great start. I am getting very excited for the cooler weather and busting out my autumnal wardrobe (not that it is too much use in Los Angeles in October.)
We have a little under two weeks before my romance screenwriting class, ‘From Logline to Script', begins!
It’s not too late to sign up!
- Important updates to fall classes!!! -
1 - I am cancelling the Sunday session due to lack of enrollment.
2 - Wednesday session is being pushed back one week.
The first class will now be on Wednesday October 15th, running for six weeks, ending on Wednesday November 19th.
*If you were interested in signing up for Sunday session — email me ASAP.*
What is the ‘From Logline to Script’ Romance Screenwriting Class?
This six-week intensive is designed for writers who want to move from idea to draft with structure, support, and momentum. Think of it as a made-for-TV movie writing bootcamp. It’s fast-paced, focused, and fun.
Over the course of six weeks, you’ll:
Build a portfolio of seasonal romance loglines.
Learn how to craft 1–2 page pitch synopses that capture producers’ attention.
Develop scene-by-scene outlines or treatments to map your screenplay.
Jump headfirst into drafting your script with confidence.
By the end of the session, every writer will walk away with a document of ready-to-pitch loglines, a polished pitch synopsis for their favorite story concept, and a clear roadmap for their first draft. Plus, the beginnings of that script you’ve been dreaming about, because sometimes nothing is harder than simply starting.
Whether you’re writing your first romance screenplay or adding another script to your slate, this class will give you the tools and discipline to write with clarity and heart.
